The Jack Conneen Award is given by the Home Club Board of Directors to recognize exemplary service to the Home Club, enthusiastic support for the Lehigh University Alumni Association (LUAA), and commitment to the goals and long-term success of Lehigh University.

NOMINATION REQUIREMENTS
- Home Club who has provided financial support for at least 15 years.
- Served as an officer or board member for at least 10 years.
- Nominated by another Home Club member.
- Demonstrated exemplary service to the Home Club.
- Enthusiastic support for the Lehigh University Alumni Association.
- Demonstrated commitment to the goals and long-term success of Lehigh University.
